Event Description:
Walk or Run to support seniors in Benzie County--this event was formerly known as the Benzie Senior Resources Walk-A-Thon. Benzie Senior Resources works to help Benzie County residents age 60 and older to remain healthy and living independently in their own homes--through Meals on Wheels and 20 other programs and services. Sign up at RunSignUp.com, or race day beginning at 7:00 a.m.
Location:
Bellows Park Pavillion, Frankfort. The route goes along the Crystal Lake shoreline. Walk or run any portion of the course--families welcome
Date/Time Information:
August 2, registration table opens at 7 a.m. Shotgun start at 8:15 a.m. for those wishing to be timed (professional timing provided). Those not wishing to be timed may begin at any time between 7 and 11 a.m.

Fees/Admission:
Suggested donation of $35 per participant. Tee shirts available to adults who register by July 25. A limited number may be available while they last at registration on race day.
