Event Description:

Join us on the Frankfort Beach to boost your bliss and overall well-being. We will breathe naturally, shift scenery, and help improve body awareness with the sand between our toes. Take the class to tone your muscles or as a compliment to your normal exercise routine.

Bring a beach towel.
