VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Are you looking for an opportunity to volunteer with fun-loving people and to learn more about our community's quirky, interesting past?
The Benzie Area Historical Museum is looking for volunteers to serve as docents this summer. Docents greet museum guests, answer questions and make visitors feel comfortable. Training is provided, and you are welcome to bring a friend along to work with you.
Current shifts needed:
Sundays, 1:00-5:00 p.m. (You can volunteer for one Sunday or each Sunday this summer - your choice!)
Thursdays, 2:00-5:00 p.m.
If there is another day or time you'd like to volunteer, please call Barb Mort at 231.882.5539. We can always use an extra hand as well as substitutes for regular docents. And please share our need with high school- and college-aged friends. We welcome volunteers of all ages!
